yes, it needs. but i think i have to make the codes clean firstly before
adding new functions. my codes are very messy now... ^^;

EUTILE is for making small image used in mode 19. The reason why i used
257 mode is that the mouse pointer is too big and the line is too thick
in mode 19. You can notice the view port image at the top-left screen
layout seems be alike as in mode 19, since i doubled the pixel size for it.
