You say you will "call it from the browser",  so I assume you're talking about
a cgi program that can be called over the inter/intranet. CGI programs are
easy to write in Euphoria. There are  some examples on the Recent Contributions
page of the RDS website.

Yes, and yes.  An easy to use Euphoria wrapper for GraphApp can be downloaded
from my webpage: http://www.free-host.com/irv
The address for the GraphApp site is also listed, there are excellent tutorials
there.
