I asked about so called commercial applications myself when first
starting with Euphoria and the best references I got were received
offline. However, I think it would be of great benefit for such a list
to be available on the RDS website.

I have a couple of niche commercial products developed in Euphoria. They
are compiled and bound together with a resource file for distribution.
An example is Brainstorm Bungy which faciltates group brainstorming
sessions (download it from
http://www.promato.com/brainstorm/default.htm). This uses bog standard
EU and win32lib. There are some basic graphics but only as a means of
doing some of the functionality.
