Euphoria 2.5 IRL

I would love to have the IRL documented (and it worries me a lot that RDS does
NOT already have it documented) because I would write my own compiler that uses
an enhanced Euphoria-type syntax and generate IRL as its output. Then allow the
RDS supplied IRL interpreter to do its stuff. The two main uses are to add some
syntactic sugar to Euphoria and to built some scripting mini-languages to embed
in other applications.
