There's so much it's difficult to cut it down.

+ Google uses Python heavily

+ Zope - application server

and just a couple of random picks I have never seen before until I

Cross platform GUI libraries including TK, WxWindows, QT, GTK

Database access for MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, Firebird, SQLite, Sybase,
PostgreSQL etc etc

How does Euphoria compare?

In reality these types of lists can be created for Java, C, C++ COBOL,
Perl, and probably a dozen other languages.  The point I'm getting to 
though is it's possible and proven.

I don't know how this topic actually came up (probably by me ;) ) but
I've always said if anyone is happy with Euphoria then that's great
and you should continue. If not I'd look to languages / tools that 
have a good track record.
