Welcome to the new economy, where the only way to make a profit is to be a lawyer :) Seriously, no one in their right mind would agree to those terms, so you can expect ApTus to be out of business soon. Given the mindset shown by their terms, I would expect them to take the SCO way out, and sue anyone who had ever seen or used AppGen for violating their "IP". IANAL, but perhaps it would not be a good idea to try to create an AppGen replacement. Start something new, different (and better) instead. Irv
