Popup Gorilla update

I've updated Popup Gorilla, skipping a version to v0.4 (v0.3 was on my
computer for a while, mostly just bug fixes.) Updates include:

    - Better registry key (under HKEY_CURRENT_USER instead of
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE which works better on XP, 2k, etc..
    - 'Active' button to enable/disable Popup Gorilla. This may also be
toggled by right-clicking the System Tray icon.
    - New icons showing the status of Popup Gorilla. a '!' is shown when
active, and an 'x' is shown when inactive.
    - New search feature to find a popup in the list.
    - Included Kill List is much larger.

I've submitted my update to RDS. Until it hits the Archive, go to
