w32support.e not found?

I'm running (in Windows2000) IDE.exw with TextPad 4 and get the 
following error:

F:\EU\Win32LIB\win32.ew:503
can't find w32support.e in F:\Euphoria\ide18_16
or in F:\EU\WIN32LIB
or in euphoria\include
include w32support.e

-------------------------------------------

I have installed w32support.e in,
                                  F:\Euphoria\ide18_16,
                                  F:\EU\WIN32LIB
                         and      F:\euphotia\include.
And still same error.
All other euphporia .exw programs are wooking ok with TextPad.
If I bind IDE.EXW and run it as an .exe it works ok.
