In Textpad 3.2.0
In the configure menu I get:
  Preferences
  Customize
  Screen Font

No 'New Document Type'

The latest version of TextPad wants money(I think), that I don't have right
 now (Due to the hefty City Business Tax that the dot commers left us with
 after they left San Francisco.)
 But it was worth a try anyway.
