[Win32lib] Modify a TreeView item's parent

Hello,
i'm looking for a simple way to change the parent of a treeview item.
For example, i would like to change a treeview like this
Item 1
Item 2
Item 3
Item 4
Item 5
Item 6
into this one
Item 1
Item 2
Item 5
Item 6
Item 3
Item 4
setting the parent of Item 3 to Item 4.
Is it possible without deleting and re-making the whole treeview?
