yes. a lot of people have encountered webcry latley.
you can try a few things.. try downloading avg anti-spyware and removing it.
But, the thing is you must boot your computer in safe mode for it to removal
all of the webcry parasite. webcry usually starts back up everytime you book
your pc.
try restarting and pressing F8 soon as you start to see the dos screens way
before
the windows image comes up.
you can try the download at www.download.com.. and find avg anti-spyware.
there is also a detailed writeup about webcry and the removal for it

from there you can find out how to do the safe mode boot so webcry wont
load again in your system making it impossible to remove.
