EUREKA!  I've done it, finally!  After annoying you guys for the past
few weeks, I've finally gotten it!  It works pretty good and fast (even
in 15-bit mode and above), but could use a little tweaking (and I mean
a little, but not too much), but its here!  I'm excited.  Now I'm gonna
rewrite my VUI library to be used with NEIL and NEILMSE (my library).
As soon as I send this message, I'm gonna give it to Rob, so it should
be on the recent users' page.  Thanks all for putting up with my
annoyances,

PS: If you guys look at it, could you please tell me why the x and y
values from the dos_interrupt() only increase and decrease by a factor
of 8?  Is there a way to overcome that with set_mouse_speed()?
