Bilingual EU interpreter is compiled using RDS licenced
source code. This licenced code just doesn't contain
the secret RDS module which decoders the shrouded stuff.
So bilingual EU, ex_r.exe interpreter, doesn't understand
shrouded libs and programs and just stops on very first
shrouded command with the standard English (or Russian)
message about a syntax error.
