When I sent my bound win32libprogram(os WinME) to a friend(os XP Pro)
he got this error code 461. 

Looks like I have programmed using IDE and win32lib.

Some time later opened and bound in a different version of
either IDE or win32lib

So if one bound(Andy) version of IDE always(auto) used the same win32lib......
