Program Suggestion

Anybody here want to create a program that will check a web page's links
and verify that they are still valid? The user should be able to specify
the web page to check (either on the 'net or on his/her hard drive) and
the program will either 1) come back with a list of invalid links, or 2)
fix the broken links (or both).

I would tackle this on my own but I don't know how and I've got other
projects on the stove. blink
