Euphoria and DPMI

I'm using allocate_low() to be able to call real mode APIs.
As they require real mode addresses for data to be passed.
But the address returned by allocate_low() is 32-bit,
how to I convert it into a real-mode segment/offset pair?
And how do I do the opposite in Euphoria, convert a segment/ofset pair into 
a 32-bit address?
