No, I cannot reproduce the problem.

I'm using Windows Me. Can you send me some code that demonstrates the
problem you have?

I think I found a bug. Would you please confirm whether you can repeat
this?

1) I created a small application that starts with Normal size.
2) Mouse click, combo list falls down.
3) Mouse click, Window maximized.
4) Mouse click, combo list falls down.
5) Mouse click, Window is normal size again.
6) Mouse click, combo list falls down but ...
the width of the combo list is bigger than
the width of the combo (first line).
