And if a binded file is, for example, 540 bytes, than esspecially the older systems, need to hack their autoexec.bat to get it to work. "Thankfully", with the windows 9x systems smart-disk, mscdex, etc. are all loaded outside of the first 640 kb, but I still remember a time, where I didnt even have to try to run an executable of 580 kb.
