The subject line is misleading: I have *not* written a wxWIndows port.

Yes, assuming the underlying toolkits used to build the GUI (mainly MGL) are 
stable. The DOS port (technically, wxUniversal) is still in alpha/beta mode.

It should run under DR DOS, Open DOS, and other DOSes.

wxWindows is a library for writing cross-platform applications. It provides 
more than most GUI toolkits do (for example, it supplies printing support), 
but isn't a Windows emulator. So it wouldn't mix with Win32Lib. See:
