Web Server CGI using Euphoria

Hi
I wanted to know if it is possable to do cgi using Euphoria?.
I have my own Web Server and a cgi-bin and I have perl but I would like 
to see if Euphoria can run on the web server,if so How.I am running 
widows 95,24 megs memory,p133 and I am using Webweaver as the web 
server.Thanks for the help.Also I have a dynamic IP address but have a 
way to change it to a fixed one.Thanks for the help
