motherbds
Suppose i was offered a Tyhon(?) dual-cpu motherbd, with one P3-700 cpu,
512megs ecc ram, dual paths from cpus to ram, 10gig hd, winNT up to
service pack6, for $520. It has dual 100meg ethernet, 3 64bit pci slots +
some others (no (e)isa slots), dual firewire and dual keybd jacks, 6 memory
slots, and apprently 66Mhz ide lines. For another $40 he will put it in a box i
supply and see it run before i pick it up. The motherbd is new, a replacement
for a bad motherbd for the main isp server, but arrived late and there is no
use for it now.
What should i do? Will this help anyone run Eu? Can Eu run on two cpus in
any way, shape, form, or OS?
