DAWG for win32lib v0551

I wrapped all the DLL links in win32lib v0551 in a matter of 15 minutes. 
So far, only kernel32.ew handles passing string sequences to the wrapper 
routines.

The DAWG wrappers fully cooperate with win32lib, except for the DLL link 
definitions in win32lib.ew (obviously, I just wrapped them), and are 
completely independant. Use them separately from win32lib if you like 
(you'll need the DAWG distributed version of dll_wrap.e).
