IDE Editor - Expected Behavior Report

In the Code Editor, when I press <CTRL+s> to save my current edits, it brings PART of the IDE window editor (in fact, it's the Properties window) to the front. Looks weird. I would expect it to just save and resume at the same place in the Code Editor window.
