Well, I thought the explanation was crystal clear...;)
In a future version, I will add examples.
Anyway, it works not only for set = {1, 2, 3}, size = 3, which = 1 to
factorial(3), but also setting size = 2, for example. In such a case, in
each permutation one (or more) of the elements will miss.
