True, but Completed Projects are full projects that have been marketed and sold, hence have made people real money. Active Projects are projects that are currently being developped. Also, I was a beta member, and this company has only truly being going for about 2 years. You must a agree that 21 projects completed AND in MASS production is a decent feat, No? This isn't a programming community like EuCom but is a place for you to make and develop software in whatever langauge you like. It is quite impressive in side.
