I haven't gotten their sneak preview.  Basically, the system is Linux, with
an ultra convienient user interface, Wine, and updates to make it easy to
run any Windows app.  Anything that runs on Linux should run under it, and
anything that runs under Windows also.  I don't know whether or not DOS
emulation is provided.  Knowing Michael, he will probably turn out a great
product, but at this time, it is still in early testing.

I believe that the folks with early beta copies have all signed NDAs, so the
only info available is on the web site.
