I must respectfully diasgree Don.

The problems and issues that arise when people are trying to use 
a development tool cannot be so conveniently separated from the
discussion about how those problems and issues might be solved.

The "use it, find the problems, try to come up with ways to make
it better" cycle is the source of a great deal of progress in
development tools and indeed, in many other products. At the very
(very) least, such discussions highlight where the limitations
of a language are and how they might be avoided - even if it means
using another development tool or programming language to solve the 
particular problem that was raised.

IMHO discussions about ways to improve the language have as much
a place on this list as any other kind of post.
