It seems from this website that at the moment on Linux PureBasic is limited to
GTK 1.2  That is out of date.  Now it's GTK 2.x

Also there does not seem to be anything on the website that indicates that it is
possible to make a program with PureBasic that will run on both Windows and Linux
with the same source code.  This can be done with Euphoria using wxEuphoria.
