My code is a major work of some 10,000 lines and many include files so 
posting code is not really practical.
I thought someone may know what these messages mean seeing as how the 
people who write win32lib generated the above errors.
I have gotten my program to run when clicking on an associated file. 
This error only occurs when dbl clicking on a file not in the program 
directory, so I think that it is the program not being able to find 
something.
