Ok I found I can use command_line() to get the file and load the clicked
file.

But

I get two errors
1>
Unable to open ", in ReadDib
press yes, no, cancel
Win32Lib V0.60.6 19-Sep-2004

2>
LoadImage in LoadBitmapFrom File Failed
press yes, no, cancel
Win32Lib V0.60.6 19-Sep-2004

Answering yes to both of these loads the file.
How do I get rid of these errors?
