Maybe, maybe not. I haven't tried to isolate this one yet. However, it is
interesting to note that when the parent is 'Controls', the effect is not seen
when you open one of the other 'editor' windows first. That is if you open the
popup editor then close it then open the code window, the code window opens just
fine. The bug only seems to manifest itself when the code window is opened before
any of the other editor windows.
