I've also written Euphoria CGI on an Apache server on Linux. I just
uploaded the PD exu to the cgi-bin directory along with the include
files I needed. I had to put the "#|exu" at the top of the text file
(or whatever that is) and make the exu.exe executable. There may have
been a couple of things beyond that but I can't remember.
