Dont you think you are directly breaching the Euphoria copyright.
Personaly
I think that Bach is a derived works of Euphoria. And believe that all
bach
works legaly belong to the Euphoria copyright.
If I was the the owner of Euphoria, I would have sent you a solistors
letter
asking you who your copyright is. And to hand over any bach works. Then
siezing your bank accounts. Then I would sit down with the copyright book
and write a list of about 30 things to start sueing you for.
I dont beleive that you can publish Bach unless you own copyright to
Euphoia.
(That means, Your copyright trades directly under the copyright of
Euphoria.)
