RE: Release IDE version 0.18.6m (bug)

I found that deselecting the "one instance of ide" checkbox does not 
take effect. It appears that IDE isn't even checking it.
Can this be fixed? I sometimes run more than 1 IDE at a time, currently 
I just deleted the abort part so it runs


if w32Func(GetLastError,{}) = ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS then--Why doesnt this 
ckeck the settings?
