I haven't had any server experience, but I do
think that Mandrake is probably one of the
most user friendly ways to experience Linux
for the 1st time.

Novell has recently purchased SuSe Linux.
My guess is that Novell/SuSe is going to be
BIG - I think IBM has some of its peaches in 
that pie too.
