Interesting irony that a website named 'moraldefense' dismisses 
Microsoft's misdeads because, and I quote:
"This is just another reminder that the ultimate issues in this case are 
not factual, but moral."

What part of 'moral' don't they get?

Microsoft's often-demonstrated willingness to cut the throats of 
their 'partners' has been well known throughout the software industry 
for years. 

Whether that's immoral or not is of no consequence, because there are 
also laws which prohibit doing what they were doing. They were found 
guilty of violating the law.
