I think it is Topica that is converting random characters to =XX. So ListFilter wouldn't even see =XX's. I ocassionally get a large number of =FF's instead of the end of my message, and thats when I get the others (=20,=3D,ect). I haven't seen =FF's in other messages (besides replys to mine) though.
