It's unlikely that ModWave will change anytime in the future... just
getting the current version to actually work (somewhat) correctly was hard
enough in itself.  There are many things I wish it did too such as 16-bit
playback, more mod formats, and MP3 decoding (heh, yeah right smile  The
code is a bit of an enormous hack, and changing stuff has unhappy
repercussions.  The MOD format is good enough for music in a game IMO (way
more versatile than MIDI), and the files aren't too big.  Sorry to not be
of any help here.  What we need on this list is a real democoder with lots
of free time on their hands...
