There are many things I wish it did too such as 16-bit playback, more mod formats, and MP3 decoding (heh, yeah right The code is a bit of an enormous hack, and changing stuff has unhappy repercussions. The MOD format is good enough for music in a game IMO (way more versatile than MIDI), and the files aren't too big. Sorry to not be of any help here. What we need on this list is a real democoder with lots of free time on their hands...
