ANN - WebShepherd v0.7b
I have just sent to Rob the first release of the off-line browser I am
developing in Euphoria.
It is based around wininet.dll so you will need this on your computer to
use WebShepherd.
This release is very crude as all it downloads is single URLs and
doesn't parse these for frames or images. In effect this is the core
engine for the subsequent developments.
Features I hope to add to future versions are:-
- Parsing of files for frames and images
- Saving list of URLs to be downloaded
- Parsing files for links and downloading links set by the user
- Multi socket downloads
- Only downloading modified files
I would welcome any bug reports or comments.
