I really respect the pressure to share code, since the people who want
others to share are the very ones who are the most giving. Additionally I
like the fact that even flames on this list aren't so bad. They're pretty
much "measured" and that is so difficult to achieve. . .
I'm going to try very hard to contribute something in the next couple of
months that is actually useful. Perhaps I can solicit some suggestions? I
do some stuff in C++ (sorry!) and a bit of web stuff (Perl, cgi). Since my
core interest is web stuff, maybe some of you can suggest an area that would
be useful for others, or that would perhaps even dovetail with another
project that one of you is doing now. That way I can get some guidance from
time to time.
