Brian, I've looked into this thoroughly and haven't come up with much.

I know all the ButtonBase controls (buttons, checkboxes, radios, groups,
etc.) have to have their FlatStyle property set to System, but I have no
idea how to accomplish this in Euphoria. As for DropDownLists, I don't know
what can be done.
