If you create a manifest file for exw.exe and place it in your Eu\bin 
directory (and you have Themes service running), then your interpreted 
programs will use the current theme for it's looks.  If you bind or 
translate/compile, then you need to create a manifest file for that 
executable to get the current theme look.

One drawback I've found, however, is that having a manifest file when 
the Themes service is not running can have a bad side effect:  using the 
message_box function will open and close the message box so fast you 
won't even know it was open...
