As an afterthought, I recall that using 'long double' numbers in C sometimes fails to get integers when it should, not only for log function, but even for simple multiplication, division and especially remainder, while using only 'double' numbers does not show this problem It seems that PowerBasic is using 10-byte floting numbers, while Euphoria uses 8-byte ones. They seem to behave better than 10-byte numbers. Regards.
