What if his client wants to display JPEGs that Tony has never seen or had
access to?

Tony:
   If you want to easily convert JPEG pictures to BMP
   all you have to do is load them into IE explorer
   and save them as BMPS. You can then use PAINTBRUSH
   to edit them. If you want to use them as ICONS.
   You can load them as BMPS in to paintbrush and copy
   them to the clipboard then open a ICON editor and
   paste them on to a ICON. You can also do this same
   process with GIFS.
