Here are some times i have NOT been down for even ONE hour:

1) reinstalling win95
2) lightning hitting and vaporizing the wiring
3) a harddrive crash
4) water dripping into the monitor (not good)
5) changing out a motherbd
6) changing a cpu or cpu fan
7) replacing a modem
8) replacing a video card
9) not having power for 2 days

So what is Topica's alledged problem *THIS TIME*? If they are not hosting
the list spread across a network (with a byte here and a byte there), but on
one box, there is no excuse for being down. I could manage this list in 12
minutes a day, total time, on this slow dialup. And i am sure i could do it
with Eu code. How does that professional hosting company feel about that?
