Yes,  C  for personal computers ES system 
with Alpha-DOS supports Russian identificators,
but, for compatibiliti, has only latinic reserved
key words.

Now, imagine you write your program in Russian,
simply, yes ?

Now, imagine Russian schoolboy/girl writes
his/her program in English, hard, no ?
