Do other programming languages make you program the behavior of what happens
when you tab into a text edit box? I would think this would be the work of
the OS.

BTW, I will NOT be purchasing Windows XP, EVER. I'm probably going to move
to OS X. Will EU for Linux work under OS X? Just curious...
