Matt,

I use the headers that came with the MS-SDK and the .lib files
supplied with MASM32 by Hutch.

my autoexec.bat reads:

SET WATCOM=D:\WATCOM
SET PATH=%WATCOM%\BINNT;%WATCOM%\BINW;%PATH%
SET EDPATH=%WATCOM%\EDDAT
SET INCLUDE=%WATCOM%\H;%WATCOM%\MFC\INCLUDE;%WATCOM%\H\NT
