Dot update

I have updated Dot again. You can now redefine slicing operators in
your programs
('[]' and '..'). It would be interesting to see what type of code was
created if
this feature was added to Euphoria.

I'm modifying yet another version of namespace.e for Dot. Eventually
I'll
either add Eu 2.3 namespace support to the namespace parser, or I'll
write
a separate one and use that in all of my uni-file preprocessors.
