Yes you are of course correct on both accounts.  I was browzing through it
and got all flitter-patted when the wording changed to parent.  That was
my
bad.  Actually relooking over the function call it looks fine to me now.

Did you ever get it working the way you wanted it to?  I posted same day a
working status bar example but I wasnt sure if you saw it.  (I am still
trying to figure out how the message board sorts new posts to subjects).
I
personally prefer newest posts to the top but it doesnt seem to do that.
Thats ok though cause I have everything forwarded to my hotmail anyways.
